About Villapark Eureka
From wooden houses to luxury forest villas
VillaPark Eureka, located in the beautiful nature of North-East Overijssel, offers peace and privacy among the trees. Nearby villages such as Ootmarsum and Denekamp are worth a visit, while cities such as Enschede and Hengelo are within easy reach. Originally started as wooden houses, our accommodations are now luxury forest houses that offer guests a warm welcome and where peace and nature are central. History
More than half a century ago, Albert and Annie Nieuwenhuis started building the first four luxury cottages on a plot of 7,000 square meters in the forests of Twente. The park grew steadily, with changes such as the installation of electricity in 1967 and natural gas in 1972. In 1990, the park was taken over by Remi Nieuwenhuis, who expanded it into a luxury holiday park with 55 forest villas, managed by him and his wife Monique Nieuwenhuis. Sustainability
Bosvillapark Eureka is located in the middle of the forests on the nature estate Het Hulsbeek. We cherish the natural beauty around us and realize that this is not only important for our holiday park, but also for the rest of the world.
That is why we take various sustainable measures within our business operations. For example, we use timers for patio lights, energy-saving outdoor lighting and the latest HR+ central heating boilers. The windows of our villas are fitted with double glazing, which reduces heating costs. We ensure separate waste collection and recycle green waste. In addition, we avoid the use of spraying agents during outdoor work. Read more about sustainability and CSR here.
