Our arrival and departure days are Monday and Friday by default. Sometimes, however, there is an exception, such as Easter or Christmas. In that case, we have special arrangements. We charge service costs per forest villa. This includes booking costs, tourist tax, energy costs and cleaning costs.

We are a real family park and therefore critical when it comes to groups. If you want to book with a group, please contact us by phone in advance, then we will be happy to look at the possibilities together.

No, the booking is subject to 24 hours. We will always contact you after the online booking. You will then receive the final confirmation by e-mail or post.

After you have made a reservation, we will make a confirmation and send it by post or email. It may take a few days before you receive this confirmation. If you have not heard anything after a week, please contact us to check the status. For an online booking, this is usually finalized within 24 hours. We will then send a confirmation by email or post.

After receiving our confirmation, we ask you to transfer the first half of the costs within 14 days. It is possible that the stay is not until a long time in the future. In that case, the first payment does not have to be made until 6 months before arrival. The remainder of the payment can be transferred three weeks before arrival or paid in cash upon arrival. It is useful to know that Villapark Eureka does not have a cash machine.

If you have made a payment, you can assume that it has arrived safely with us. You will not receive any extra confirmation of this. Should we find that payment has not been made? We will then contact you automatically.

We do not have an ATM at our park. Do you still have to pay part of the costs upon arrival or do you want to pick up a newspaper in the morning? Then we advise you to take cash with you.

Something can happen that means you have to cancel your holiday suddenly. It is useful to have taken out cancellation insurance. When booking, you can insure yourself through our own cancellation fund. More information about the fund can be found here . In the event of a cancellation, always contact us.

Check-in is possible on the day of arrival between 15:00 and 18:00. Are you arriving later? Then we ask you to contact us in advance. Check-out is possible until 10:30 on the day of departure. If you want to leave before the reception is open, then we would like to discuss with you what to do with the key.

Villapark Eureka is a car-free park. This means that we have as few cars as possible on the park. Of course you can park your car at the villa for a while to load and unload. Then you can park your car in one of the parking spaces. There is always a parking space nearby.

Service costs are charged for every booking. This amount varies from €45 to €75, depending on the type of villa. In addition to these costs, no additional cleaning costs are charged. This is already included in the rental price.

These may be placed in a transparent plastic bag at the bottom of the stairs upon departure.

Bed linen is not included in the standard booking. We rent bed linen for €8.00 per bed and for an additional €5.00 we will also make it for you. We also have towel packages (€4.00) and a kitchen package (€4.00) available. You can also bring your own. It is useful to know that all our forest villas have single beds.

We also rent towel packages or kitchen packages. Both are €4,=. A towel package consists of a bath towel and a hand towel. The kitchen package consists of 2 tea towels and a kitchen towel.

All our forest villas are non-smoking. Smoking is therefore not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is allowed outside. Each forest villa has its own terrace with seating.

All forest villas have a filter coffee machine. To use the machine, it is useful to bring coffee filters in advance.

Everyone drops a glass or plate now and then. If something breaks, we kindly ask you to report this to reception.

Our employees are available by phone 24 hours a day. Is the dishwasher broken, is the power out or is the internet not working? Please let us know so we can do something about it.

The villas come standard with a high chair, a wooden crib and a stair gate. Only the 4/5-pers. forest villas XL have a camping bed instead of a wooden crib. You can also rent an extra high chair, camping bed or playpen from us.

Yes, both mini golf and the use of the table tennis tables are free of charge. For mini golf you can pick up the sticks and balls at the reception. We ask for a deposit of € 15,=. The table tennis bats and balls can also be borrowed at the reception, without a deposit.

Children can ride ponies for free on the trampoline meadow in front of the reception building. We organize this outside the holidays on Saturdays and during the school holidays on Saturdays and Tuesdays.

Villapark Eureka does not have a shop. For groceries you can go to Oldenzaal or Hengelo. The nearest shopping centre is approximately 3 km away. Here you will find a supermarket, a bakery, an ATM and a pharmacy. Would you rather have groceries, breakfast or dinner delivered? Then visit our food page.

A large part of our forest villas have their own washing machine and dryer. Guests who are not staying in such a villa can use our laundry room. For this purpose, washing tokens of €5 are available at the reception. With 1 washing token you can use the washing machine (including soap), the dryer and the ironing board.

You can take your waste to the waste collection point across from the reception.

No, fishing is not allowed in the pond at the park. However, a fishing pass can be purchased at the reception for the large fishing pond(s) of "Het Hulsbeek". These fishing passes are €5,= for a week.

Yes, but we advise to always place a bucket of water next to the barbecue. Because our bungalows are located in the middle of nature, open fires and charcoal/briquette barbecues may be prohibited in dry weather. Only electric barbecues are allowed in that case.

• In our care villas we have taken wheelchair users into account as much as possible. For example, there are no thresholds, the doors are extra wide, there are fully electrically adjustable high-low beds and there is an extra spacious bathroom. These basic adjustments can be supplemented with the necessary aids such as a shower stretcher, shower chair, etc. Please note: there are no standard supports at the toilet. You can arrange these together with the other aids.

Aids can be borrowed from us. For this we charge €5,= handling costs per aid. When booking online you can indicate which aids are needed, but this can also be done by telephone. We also prefer to discuss additional care and aids personally with our guests! We have the following aids:

At Villapark Eureka all paths are paved, so you can also get around well here with a wheelchair. For people who cannot cycle independently we have the possibility to rent a tandem bike to explore the area together. For access to "Het Hulsbeek" with a wheelchair, you can get a pass at the reception for a € 15 deposit. This opens the barriers at Het Hulsbeek at P3 and P4. There are many sights in the area that are also easily accessible for wheelchair users. If you have specific questions, we are of course happy to help.

Yes, we also rent villas for a longer period. For example during a renovation, a move or in case of damage. For the possibilities we ask you to contact one of our employees.
